Spend an afternoon with Todd Rogers, renown social scientist from Harvard University. Dr. Rogers will share engagement strategies and interventions to use with parents/families around reducing student chronic absenteeism, a critical issue in our state.

We know that building leaders are committed to reducing student chronic absenteeism in their schools. We also know that building leaders are not always equipped to deal with difficult and struggling families that may not fully appreciate the importance of student attendance.

If possible, we encourage principals to bring their school social worker, parent engagement coordinator, or related position to hear the same message and leave with takeaways to implement immediately. Because of space, we are limited to partner teams only (i.e., building leader plus one relevant other.) Please make sure that all your guest register as well.
