Coaching for Equity with the Partners for Educational Leadership (formerly, CT Center for School Change)

This is an extension from the first three sessions that were offered in the Spring and Fall of 2021. Participants will consider the impact on coaching of using an equity lens; what it means to coach towards equitable access, experiences and outcomes for students; and the challenges and opportunities of coaching outside of our identity group.
