Get Organized! Time Management for School Leaders

by Frank Buck

“Few things are constant in education. There is one element, however, that is unchanging. That element is Time” from Get Organized! Time Management for School Leaders

This school year is ending, but are you ready for the next one? What could you do better as a school leader to make the next year go even more smoothly for teachers and students? Improving your time management and how you manage the details of running a school can make an enormous difference.

Get Organized! Time Management for School Leaders provides tools and techniques to help you become more productive and efficient. It’s an easy-to-read, “nuts-and-bolts” approach to time management and organization with ideas you will be able to put into practice immediately. Topics include:

  • Clearing your desk

  • Organizing with paper

  • Organizing digitally

  • Handling repeating tasks

  • Handling multiple projects

  • Organizing your computer

  • E-mail and other electronic timesavers

An understanding of the methodology in this book allows you to develop paper-and computer-based tools to help organize your life and manage your time.
