Nicole Bucka, M.Ed. is a seasoned education consultant and Senior MTSS Implementation Specialist with almost three decades of experience in public education. She brings a unique and practical perspective as a former special educator, English learner teacher, general education teacher, MTSS district coordinator, and school committee member. Nicole specializes in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), inclusive practices, data driven decision-making, and special education policy. She partners with schools and districts to strengthen systems that support all learners—especially those with disabilities and multilingual learners—through professional development, technical assistance, and strategic planning. Nicole is also the proud parent of two children with significant disabilities, bringing deep empathy and lived experience to her work with school leaders.
